In Memoriam: Judy Chambers, Past President

Judy was a retired school teacher. She was with International Smile Power since it's beginnings and traveled to Nepal, Cook Islands, Yap, Bolivia, Jamaica,  Uganda, and Xcalak. Judy worked wherever she was needed; sometimes teaching oral hygiene, other times sterilizing instruments or distributing gifts from Seattle area youth to youth around the world (BBF's) She demonstrated how to truly love each person that was in front of her from the clerk behind the counter to the child in a remote area teaming with worms.  She was an inspiration to all she met and is dearly missed.
